Letter to Wade Garner:

Wade,
I was going to call, but I thought it would be easier to put this down on paper. Help me think it through while I’m writing it. . . .

First, I want to think you for the job offer. Director of Toronto, Canada Headquarters of Garner Security is damn impressive. And you know I’ve been giving it a lot of serious thought.

But I’m going to have to pass on this one, buddy.

Quinn's Corner
Lizzie calls him "Quinn," so let's stick with that. Quinn was an Army brat. His father was career military, an officer. His mother was not the kind of woman who was well-suited to that life.
Lizzie's Corner
Lizabeth Stuart was born in Drucilla, Kentucky. She was raised by her grandparents, Hester Rose and Walter Lee. She has never known her mother, Rebecca, who was seventeen when Lizzie was born and left Drucilla a few days later.
